Earth Day 2011 Recyclers

AISA’s first ever Earth hour took place on March 29th, 2011. Organized by AISA’s Eco club, the hour of no lights and or electronic devices was well received by teachers and students. The eco club are trying to raise awareness about the negative impact humans are having on the Earth from using so much electricity.   This is one of the many initiatives from the eco club as a means to turning AISA into a sustainable school.

A.I.S.A.'s eco club is currently working through the sustainable schools initiative promoted by the Environmental Agency of Abu Dhabi.
