Middle School Academics

The AISA Middle School has a standards based curriculum which is based on the Virginia Standards of Learning. In addition to classes in Math, English, Humanities and Science, students also have exploratory classes in:

Physical Education
Health
Music
Art
Arabic
French

While we have a strong academic focus, we also believe that MS students should have a broad range of exploratory experiences.

After School Help Sessions

Teachers are available for small group mentoring and academic help by appointment. These extra help sessions run from 2:50 - 3:30pm. Students should arrange these meetings with the teacher, or by asking the counselor for assitance.
