Dear AISA Community,

Greetings and warmly welcome to the American International School in Abu Dhabi (AISA)!

I am Dr. Andrew Torris. I am thrilled to serve as the Director at this remarkable institution. Our school has been a beacon of excellence since its establishment in 1995, offering an American-based education and diploma to the diverse and vibrant community of Abu Dhabi, comprising over 75 nationalities.

At AISA, we take pride in being an International Baccalaureate World School, fully accredited by the Middle States Association of Schools and Colleges (MSA) in the United States and internationally recognized by the Council of International Schools (CIS). Our commitment to providing an enriching and empowering educational experience spans KG1 to grade 12.

Our premier programs, such as the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme (PYP) and the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP), exemplify our dedication to fostering academic excellence. In addition to rigorous academics, our students benefit from a robust athletics program and a wide array of co-curricular activities. The achievements of our alums attending universities worldwide and positively impacting the global stage are a testament to the success of the AISA Lions.
